Congratulations One-Acts crew in North Platte today! Acting awards went to Theresa Ascherl, Hollianna Watson, Lane Watson, Malaky Johnston, and Samantha Simmons. Malaky also won Best Supporting Actor! Way to go kids and coaches! Next performance will be in Gothenburg on November 19th. Performance time is 1:15.
Attention Lady Maverick Basketball Players:
We will have practice on Monday at 4 pm. Because of the Dinner Theatre being held in Stapleton on Tuesday, we will have a non mandatory shoot around in Tryon for the players who are not involved in the Play Production.

High school students got a chance to finish the bench and end tables they were working on. The bench and tables will be on display the night of Dec 17th the first home basketball game they will be up for bid money raised will be use to buy more wood supplies for the woods classes
We have some kids who worked hard to earn pie by completing one or more slices of their ALEKS pie in math! Enjoy!

PARENTS: The permission slip for your child to attend the pep rally tomorrow in Stapleton is due tomorrow morning. Students who do not turn in a slip must be picked up at 1 pm in Tryon. If you need another slip sent home, please call the school office at 587-2262.

Spooky walk! 5-6 tried to help their blindfolded partner through the mud bogs, poisonous frogs, and witch hats without touching anything. They had to use verbal communication to guide the partners.
Ghosts in the graveyard! K-2 had to defeat the ghosts or pumpkins by knocking them over. Working on throwing skills.
5th grade studying static electricity/bad hair day
K-2 were discovering how a few ingredients combined could make ghost rockets. The students had fun “Blasting off” their ghosts.
